Footnotes:
[1] as noted in review on derektrucks.com, likely another song in database
    [2] w/ Eric Krasno (guitar) & Adam Dietch (conga/tambourine/drums)

Show Notes:
- During "Serve It Up", Adam Deitch went from playing a solitary conga to tamborine then finally on JJ Johnson's drum set. At some point, Bill Kreutzmann was literally shooed away from Tyler Greenwell's set.
- Derek had his foot in a cast (broken ankle from basketball a few days prior) and was perched on a stool for the whole set
